Jason looks up when he hears the man speak to him. He looks like a busy guy with those hands working on that cell phone, but he's broken away from it to fix Jason with his attention, something he wasn't really used to. Most people ignored a man sitting on the streets with a dog.

"Jason," he replies as he stands up from the curb to shake Eli's hand. He grins. "That's an understatement."
