"Over time," Jason answers, fishing the keys from his jacket pocket to hand over to Davin. He wishes he had the money to fix the bike up immediately. Hell, Jason wishes he had the money for a lot of things. He's never wanted the finer things in life, used to living off the absolute minimum, but there are those times where Jason longs to have much more stable finances.
"I work mostly at the docks on the boats. Do some construction jobs. Handyman, whatever pays, really. I don't make much," he shrugs and, deciding to just get it out there, he admits to the truth. "I came to Siren Cove a drifter and my girlfriend recently gave me the first real home I've had since I was a kid. But I can work, if you ever need help with anything. And I can pay a bit over time. So yeah, definitely no rush on it, man."
