After Summer Bash from Hell [Backdated, Closed]

It doesn't normally take long to put out the fire in a fire-pit, but Jason's a bit distracted at the moment. He wants to get downstairs and this stupid fire is keeping him from that. Iris has already gathered up all the s'more supplies and is waiting at the rooftop door for him and she looks eager to get out of here as well.

Finally the last of the flames die out and Jason's comfortable the fire won't rekindle. He grabs the blanket and pillows off the bench and follows Iris to the door.

"Alright," he smiles. "Ready when you are?"

Iris moves her finger to his nose, pursing her lips. "And now?"

"I really feel the love right now."

"Aaaannnd... What about now?" she asks, propping herself up so she can hover above him before leaning in and pressing a teasingly light kiss against his lips.

He pretty much melts into her touch, wanting more. "I feel a little bit of love there."

"Only a little?" she pouts, pulling back.

He raises his brows. "More kisses means more love."

"Sooo... I should keep kissing you then, hm?" she asks, leaning down and pressing another kiss to the corner of his lips.

Jason smiles and wraps his arms around her waist. "You definitely should, yeah."

Iris doesn't even bother to respond this time, too busy making sure he's thoroughly kissed, hands coming up to cup his cheeks.

He leans up to return the kiss, hand tangling in her hair almost immediately.

She sighs into him, lips tingling pleasantly as she nips softly at his lower lip. Her thumbs stroke over his cheeks and she lowers herself to rest against his chest again, craving that closeness.

Jason rubs her back, enjoying the feeling of her lips against his. "You may have found my weakness," he admits between kisses.

"Well... You'll get no promises from me that I won't use your weakness for evil," Iris teases, hands sliding back into his hair, tangling in the locks.

"'m okay with that," he mumbles, quickly distracted by her touch.

"Good," she manages to get out before losing herself in the drunken feeling that comes from his kisses. Iris clutches herself close to him, soaking in the warmth of his skin and feeling the soft thump of his heart through his chest.

There's nothing better to Jason than this right now. With Iris in his arms, kissing him, her hair brushing against his skin, he couldn't be happier. He kisses her lovingly, pressing his forehead against hers as he takes in her presence.

The sense of absolute contentment is undeniable now and Iris can't help but let a soft sigh out against his lips. She brushes her fingers down the side of his neck, just enjoying the feel of his skin against hers.

If he could just spend the rest of his days like this, Jason thinks he'd be the happiest man in the world. He kisses her cheek and smiles softly at Iris. "I love you so much," he admits, rubbing a thumb over her cheek.

She leans into his hand with a smile she's sure is radiating every single emotion she's feeling right now. "I love you more," she teases, even as her stomach feels like its filling with butterflies. No matter how many times he says it, it still makes her feel... warm. And amazed at her luck.

He smiles up at her, tucking a lock of hair behind her ear. Iris has a way of always making him happy when he's around her. She's just good. "I won't argue with you on that...butyoutotallydon't."

Iris tuts, reaching up and pinching his cheeks with a stern frown. "You don't. I love you more and always will," she says, voice firm. "I love everything about you. Your stupid amazing body, your super soft hair, your scratchy beard, your undeniable goodness, your ridiculous appetite, your strength and calmness... I can go on."

Her admission makes Jason smile a bit distractedly. It's weird to hear exactly what she likes about him, but it feels good. "You think my hair's soft?" he asks, changing his smile to a teasing one. "I would list off what I love about you, because I can, but you don't like when I compliment you. It feels good to hear though, just FYI."

"It's very soft. I like touching it. Maybe not quite as much as you seem to enjoy touching mine, but I do," she grins, reaching up and twirling a lock between her fingers, as if to prove her point. "And no. No compliments. But I'm glad you like hearing it because I will gladly list more at any time."

"Thank you, it's the saltwater." He leans up and kisses her cheek. "I won't compliment you. But I'm pretty sure you'll know what I like by the way I act," he laughs.

"So the fact that I pretty much have saltwater running through my veins must be why my hair is so nice to you, right?" Iris teases, turning her head to give him a quick kiss. "And I have a pretty good idea what you like about me, yes."
